Within only 5 minutes walk to Porthminster Beach and the Harbour. It is only 2 minutes from the Bus/Coach Station and 5 minutes to the Railway Station for the pretty St Ives Branch Line which connects for Paddington.
The accommodation comprises 2 Double Bedrooms, a large sitting room, kitchen/diner and a modern shower room with wc and wash basin. It has its own private patio with views to the Harbour and the sea.
Originally built as an artist's studio the apartment consists of a very old stone rear with steps leading down to the Edwardian addition with a very large feature window in the living room and a similar feature in the front bedroom.
The sitting room leads straight onto a patio with views across a lawn area (not part of the holiday accommodation) to the sea and the Harbour.
There is a car parking space for one medium sized car off road in Tregenna Terrace. Steps lead down from the car park to a footpath that leads (past the upstairs apartment) to an external staircase taking you down further to the patio and front entrance directly into the sitting room. There is a large public car park two hundred yards away (Park Avenue).
